About Gracewood Housing Group

Gracewood Housing Group Ltd. is a Management Body created under the Alberta Housing Act, in 1995, to operate eight independent living seniors’ facilities for the Provincial Government. Our buildings are located in the Beltline area south of downtown Calgary, as well as the Inglewood and Ramsay neighbourhoods.

Gracewood is a non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our Mission is to provide clean, safe, affordable housing for low income seniors and to help them live independently as long as possible, using existing community resources.
